The Writer’s Guild strike is over, and there are smiles all around at Quantum Releasing now that three-time Emmy winner Wendell Morris has taken over the screenwriting helm for Way of the Dolphin. Morris, who won Emmy’s for Steven Spielberg’s TV series Animaniacs and Pinky and the Brain, was co-writer with me on Eye of the Dolphin and he’s been sorely missed these last few months. He will be performing writing services over the next four weeks as we gear up for production in May in the Bahamas. With Susan Johnson and Wendell both now on board, the production is ready to rock.
